Hariton by Haritatos Vineyard is a white wine from Kefalonia that gives the stage to Vostylidi, an indigenous variety with intensity, freshness and a clear Ionian character. It is fuller and more structured than a simple aromatic white wine, yet it remains refreshing, bright and incredibly pleasant in the glass.
On the nose it reveals bergamot, lime, lemon, white peach, melon, jasmine, orange blossom and a fine mineral, almost briny sensation. Vinification keeps the freshness of the variety pure, while its richer texture gives it depth and makes the wine more gastronomic.
On the palate it is dry, juicy and balanced, with crisp acidity, medium to full body and a lemony finish that lingers. It pairs beautifully with grilled fish, fried seafood, shellfish, salads with citrus fruit, white meats or dishes with herbs. A Vostylidi with character, purity and relaxed Kefalonian finesse.
