Vassaltis Gramina 1.5L 2022 is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with an intense, complex, and highly expressive character. It comes from a single vineyard in Santorini and stands out for its concentration, structure, and gastronomic profile. On the nose, it shows aromas of ripe citrus, white-fleshed fruit, flowers, smoky notes, and subtle salinity, clearly reflecting the island’s volcanic terroir. On the palate, it is full-bodied and tense, with high acidity, rich texture, and pronounced minerality, while lees ageing adds depth and greater complexity.
