Femina by Douloufakis Winery is a PGI Crete dry white wine made from 100% Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, a highly aromatic variety with a strong Cretan identity. It has an alluring, exotic character, with aromas of lemon blossom, jasmine, pear, apricot, mango and passion fruit. On the palate it is dry, refreshing and pleasantly fruity, with lively acidity and an aromatic finish. It pairs beautifully with fish dishes with herbs, salads, Asian cuisine, sushi, sweet-and-sour dishes and Cretan recipes with vegetables and herbs.
