Aspros Lagos Red 1.5L by Douloufakis Winery is a dry red wine made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, presented in a 1.5-liter magnum bottle. It comes from the Aspros Lagos vineyard in Dafnes, Heraklion, and has a rich, dynamic character, with aromas of black fruit, plum, spices, pepper, chocolate and subtle oak. On the palate it is full-bodied and balanced, with firm yet well-crafted tannins, lovely concentration and a long finish. The magnum bottle makes it ideal for ageing, gifting or special dinners, alongside red meats, beef, lamb, game, dishes with rich sauces and mature cheeses.
