Fantaxometocho Scalarea Estate

Fantaxometocho by Boutari Wines is a PGI Crete dry white wine made from Assyrtiko and Chardonnay, with a fresh, aromatic and pleasantly balanced character. It comes from Scalarea Estate in Skalani, Heraklion, and combines the freshness and subtle minerality of Assyrtiko with the fruitier and rounder character of Chardonnay. On the nose, aromas of citrus, melon, white flowers and subtle tropical fruit stand out, while on the palate it is refreshing, fruity and easy-drinking, with a clean finish. It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, salads, white meats, stuffed vegetables, stuffed vine leaves and light dishes of Cretan cuisine.
