Enstikto White by Silva Daskalaki Estate is a richer and more gastronomic Vidiano from Crete, with depth, texture and a clearly premium mood. It comes from vineyards in Heraklion, at an altitude of around 500 metres, and shows the more mature, elegant and finely crafted side of the variety.
In the glass it reveals jasmine, green apple, lemon curd, ripe citrus fruit, subtle vanilla and a fine oak sensation. Ageing in French oak barrels and terra cotta gives it a creamier texture, volume and a complex character, without losing the freshness and vibrant acidity of Vidiano.
On the palate it is dry, rich and balanced, with medium to full body, lemony intensity and a long, elegant finish. It pairs beautifully with salmon, lobster, large fish, white meats, poultry with creamy sauces, risotto or yellow cheeses. A white wine that is not simply refreshing, but has depth, style and real presence at the table.
