Enstikto Red Silva Daskalaki Winery

Enstikto Red by Silva Daskalaki Estate is a more premium, deep and finely crafted Cretan red wine, made from Syrah and Kotsifali. It combines the dark, peppery power of Syrah with the warm, Mediterranean soul of Kotsifali, giving a wine with intensity, balance and serious presence at the table.

In the glass it has a pale purple colour and reveals red and black fruit, spices, vanilla, pepper and notes of dark smoke. Ageing in French oak barrels and amphora gives it a rounder texture, depth and complex character, without losing its freshness and juicy fruit.

On the palate it is dry, medium-bodied and elegantly structured, with refined tannins, spicy intensity and a fruity finish that lingers beautifully. It pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, beef, lamb, game, mushrooms, rich red sauces, smoked cheeses or a bold burger. A red wine with character, but also enough finesse to never feel heavy.
