Ακριβής αγγλική μετάφραση της πρώτης περιγραφής
Pollios Oinos Anatolikos Vineyards is a distinctive naturally sweet organic wine from Avdira, Thrace, which authentically expresses the philosophy of natural winemaking and the unique character of the Thracian terroir. It is produced from 50% Mavroudi, 40% Assyrtiko, and 10% Moschato, belongs to the winery’s natural wine range, and is released in a 500 ml bottle.

In the glass, it shows a rich, almost black color with a thin gray-red rim, while on the nose complex aromas of raisins, dried fig, plum, cherry and sour cherry jam stand out, together with notes of pine honey, sweet walnut, carob, tobacco, and sweet spices. On the palate, it is full and generous, with balanced sweetness, excellent structure, acidity, and a long, complex, exuberant finish.

Pollios Oinos Anatolikos Vineyards is produced with sun-drying for 15-17 days, followed by long fermentation in amphora for 100 days with indigenous yeasts, and then matures for 36 months in barrels without sulphites. It undergoes no processing and is not filtered before bottling. It pairs beautifully with strong cheeses, foie gras, dried fruits, and chocolate, and also performs ideally as a meditation or dessert wine.
