Vassaltis Alcyone Cuvée Mythologique 2022 is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with a richer and more complex character that combines Santorini minerality with the subtle influence of oak. On the nose, aromas of citrus, fig, flint, vanilla, toasted notes, and saline elements stand out, giving it depth and complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied, structured, and very well balanced, with crisp acidity, pronounced minerality, and a long finish.
