Aidani Sigalas Estate

Aidani by Domaine Sigalas is a dry white wine made from 100% Aidani, expressing a more aromatic, elegant, and luminous side of the Santorini vineyard. In the glass, it shows a bright pale lemon color, while the nose reveals aromas of tropical and stone fruits, mainly pineapple and peach, together with notes of white flowers such as jasmine, giving it freshness and expressiveness. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, balanced, and refreshing, with lively acidity that adds crispness and leads to a pleasant, fairly persistent finish. Its 3 months of lees ageing in stainless steel tank add extra volume and complexity without taking away from the aromatic character of the variety.
