Aa Sigalas Estate

Aa by Sigalas Estate is a dry white wine made from Assyrtiko and Athiri, capturing the freshness and distinctive minerality of Santorini. The 2024 vintage is composed of 85% Assyrtiko and 15% Athiri, from old vines over 50 years old, while 6 months of lees ageing gives it volume and a more complex texture. On the nose, aromas of lemon, citrus, peach and apricot stand out, with subtle mineral hints. On the palate it is balanced, refreshing and elegant, with lively acidity, a creamy feel and a persistent finish. It pairs ideally with fish, seafood, shellfish, white meats, salads, fresh cheeses and dishes with lemony or salty flavors.
