Nykteri Grande Réserve Sigalas Estate

Nychteri Grande Réserve by Domaine Sigalas is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with a rich, mature, and highly complex character. On the nose, aromas of bitter orange, apricot, dried nuts, chocolate, and sweet spices stand out, giving it depth and complexity. On the palate, it is full-bodied and oily, with vibrant acidity, exceptional concentration, and a very long finish. Fermentation mainly in old 500-litre French oak barrels and lees ageing for 20 months add even more volume and a strong gastronomic profile. It is a wine with intensity, structure, and great ageing potential, pairing beautifully with oily fish, seafood, white meats, and dishes with rich white sauces.
