White Gerovasileiou Estate

Gerovassiliou White by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry white wine made from Malagousia and Assyrtiko, with a fresh, aromatic and elegant character. Malagousia brings exotic fruit, jasmine, melon and a more floral expression, while Assyrtiko adds lemony freshness, energy and balance. On the palate it is lively, harmonious and pleasantly refreshing, with clean aromatic intensity and a lemony finish. It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, white meats, pasta, Greek salad and dishes with a Mediterranean or Asian character.
