It comes from organically and biodynamically cultivated vineyards in Filyria, within the Goumenissa wine-growing zone, an area that Chatzivaritis Estate has linked with wines of clear identity and a strong sense of place. In the winemaking process, pre-fermentation cold maceration and 3 months on the lees add extra aromatic depth, a more refined texture and a palate that goes beyond simple freshness.
In the glass, it shows lime, white-fleshed fruit and small white flowers, with lively acidity and a clean, refreshing finish. It is the kind of wine you open when you want something white, aromatic and direct, but far from boring.
