Sigalas Aged Tsipouro

Sigalas Aged Tsipouro is aged for two years in oak barels giving a more complex version of this Santorini spirit, with depth, maturity and elegant intensity. Domaine Sigalas uses the distinctive character of the island and dresses it in warmer, more mature tones. The nose shows dried fruits, grape, nuts, honey and soft spice notes. On the palate it is rich, rounded and persistent, while keeping a discreet salty feel. Enjoy it neat, slightly chilled, with aged cheeses, smoked cured meats, nuts and honey-based desserts.
