Sera White by Silva Daskalaki Estate is a refreshing and juicy white wine from Crete, blending Cretan Plyto with Sauvignon Blanc in a blend full of freshness, aromas and Mediterranean temperament. It has that pure, bright energy that makes it ideal for the everyday table, but also enough character to stand next to more thoughtful pairings.

In the glass it reveals lemon, citron, green apple, pear, white peach, orange blossom, jasmine and a subtle herbal, peppery hint. Vinification keeps the fruit lively and pure, while short ageing on the lees gives it a little extra volume and a more enjoyable texture.

On the palate it is dry, refreshing and balanced, with medium body, vibrant acidity and a lemony finish that pulls you into the next sip.
