Sauvignon Blanc Gerovasileiou Estate

Gerovassiliou Sauvignon Blanc by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry white wine, with a rich, aromatic and elegantly oaked character. It ferments in French oak barrels and stays on its lees for a few months, gaining volume and a more complex texture. On the nose, aromas of melon, pear, mango and pineapple stand out, together with notes of smoky vanilla and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is full, balanced and well-structured, with a refreshing finish. It pairs beautifully with shellfish, rich fish dishes, poultry or pork with white sauces and smoked cheeses.
