Gerovassiliou Sauvignon Blanc Magnum by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry white wine in a 1.5-liter bottle, with a rich, aromatic and elegantly oaked character. It ferments in French oak barrels and stays on its lees for a few months, gaining volume, structure and a more complex texture. On the nose, aromas of melon, pear, mango and pineapple stand out, together with notes of smoky vanilla and aromatic herbs. On the palate it is full, balanced and refreshing, with lovely length and ageing potential. The magnum bottle makes it ideal for dinners, gifts and more special occasions.
