Santorini Barrel Domaine Sigalas 2024 is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, combining the authentic character of Santorini with the subtle influence of oak. On the nose, aromas of stone fruits, lemon, and lime stand out, together with delicate mineral notes that bring freshness and depth. On the palate, it is full-bodied and very well balanced, with the oak adding structure and body without covering the characteristic acidity and saline impression of Assyrtiko. Its 6 months of ageing in oak barrels give it a more layered and gastronomic character, while the finish is long and persistent. It pairs beautifully with oily fish, seafood, white meats, and dishes with creamy or white sauces.
