Salto Skouras Estate

Salto Wild Yeast Mavrofilero Stelvin by Skouras Estate is a PGI Peloponnese dry white wine made from 100% Mavrofilero, with an intensely aromatic and refreshing character. In the glass, it has a pale color with a light greyish hue, while on the nose, aromas of rose, jasmine, honeysuckle, lime, grapefruit and citrus stand out. On the palate it is medium-bodied, lively and fresh, with vibrant acidity, notes of citrus blossom and tropical fruit, as well as a finish with length and complexity. It pairs beautifully with salads, white cheeses, seafood, light pasta dishes, sushi and dishes with aromatic herbs.
