Psithiros White by Silva Daskalaki Estate is an aromatic, refreshing and effortlessly cheerful Muscat of Spina from Crete. Bright and easy to drink, yet with enough intensity not to disappear in the glass, it brings the more floral, Mediterranean side of the island in a pure and enjoyable version.
On the nose it reveals jasmine, rose, flower blossoms, citrus fruit and chamomile, with an aromatic character that is intense but remains elegant. Vinification keeps the freshness of the variety in the foreground, giving a white wine that is bright, pure and full of energy.
On the palate it is dry, refreshing and balanced, with fresh acidity and a persistent, aromatic finish. It pairs perfectly as an aperitif, but also with green salads, white cheeses, sea bream with herbs, white meats, Greek cuisine dishes or more aromatic, slightly spicy flavours.
