Amphora Douloufakis Winery

Amphora by Douloufakis Winery is a dry white wine made from Muscat of Spina, a highly aromatic Cretan variety, vinified in a clay amphora. It has a more natural and distinctive character, with aromas of dried orange, honey, apricot, ripe peach, herbs and nuts. On the palate it is dry, rich and expressive, with lively acidity, full texture and a long aromatic finish. It pairs beautifully with mature cheeses, spiced dishes, white meats, vegetable dishes in olive oil, Mediterranean recipes and more distinctive flavors with herbs or nuts.
