Psithiros Rosé Silva Daskalaki Winery

Psithiros Rosé by Silva Daskalaki Estate is a bright, juicy and extremely cheerful rosé made from Kotsifali, with pure Cretan energy and a fully fruity character. It has a pale pink colour and brings to the glass red berries, strawberry, flowers and a subtle touch of vanilla that gives it a little extra charm.

Vinification keeps the wine fresh, pure and aromatic, while the character of Kotsifali gives juicy fruit, soft tannins and a lovely spicy sensation on the finish. It is not one of those rosés that simply refresh; it has personality, but remains easy and enjoyable.

On the palate it is dry, refreshing and balanced, with vibrant acidity, medium body and a finish that recalls strawberry and red fruit. It pairs perfectly with salads, pizza, pasta with red sauce, chicken, vegetable stews, fresh cheeses or Mediterranean small plates.
