Pera Meria by Aivali Estate is one of those white wines that does not simply play the role of an “easy glass,” but brings character and intensity from the very first sip. The combination of Assyrtiko and Moschato Patras creates a wine that is aromatic, bright, and full of energy, with aromas of lemon, white-fleshed fruit, peach, and subtle exotic hints. On the palate, it is rich and full, with refreshing acidity, fruity intensity, and a salty, almost sea-breeze sensation that gives it personality and keeps drawing you back to the glass. Vinification in stainless steel tanks, aging on the fine lees, and unfiltered bottling build a result with tension but also lovely texture. Behind the label stands the restless philosophy of Christos Aivali, who since 1997 in Petri, Nemea, has built his estate on family viticultural tradition, low yields, and minimal intervention, creating wines with honesty, intensity, and identity.
