Late Harvest by Papargyriou Estate is a sweet white wine that plays differently from classic sweet wines. Made exclusively from overripe Muscat of Rio grapes from vineyards at 850 meters, it has aromatic character, sweetness balanced by high acidity, and evolution over time that makes it even more interesting. It resembles an Alsatian late-harvest style more than a heavy dessert wine, so it pairs perfectly both with fruit and cheesecake and with spicy cheeses.
