White Multivarietal by Domaine Hatzimichalis is a white wine that brings together Greek and international varieties in a fresh, aromatic and very versatile result. Chardonnay, Athiri, Robola and Assyrtiko work together, giving fruit, freshness, fine acidity and a fuller feel on the palate.
Vinification takes place in stainless steel tanks, under controlled temperature, with each variety fermented separately, so that its character remains clear. The result is a white wine that does not try to impress with excess, but wins you over with balance, purity and easy everyday enjoyment.
In the glass, it brings tropical fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus, white flowers and subtle herbal hints. On the palate, it is fresh, pleasant and fruity, with light to medium body, balanced acidity and a clean finish.
It pairs very nicely with seafood appetizers, grilled or fried small fish, chicken, green salads, vegetables, pies, light cheeses and Mediterranean dishes without heavy sauces. It is one of those white wines that easily fits on the table and matches many different flavours.
