Le Sang de La Pierre by Aivali Estate is one of those Agiorgitikos that you do not simply drink, you remember. It is born in a small, stony vineyard in Traganes, ages for 18 months in French oak barrels, and is bottled unfiltered and without stabilization in order to preserve all the intensity and voice of its place. Its aromatic profile includes plum, sour cherry, cherry, blueberry, violet, chocolate, and cedar, while on the palate it is deep, concentrated, and at the same time refined. Its name, The Blood of the Stone, was inspired by a drop of grape juice that fell onto the stones of the vineyard and stained them crimson, something that matches the character of the wine perfectly. It is a premium Nemea with the strong imprint of Sotiris Aivalis and the full power of father and son inside the bottle.
