Signal by Lalikos Vineyards is an expressive dry white wine from Lalikos Mountain Vineyards, originating from Kavala and classified as PGI Kavala. It is produced from 100% Assyrtiko and is one of the most characteristic expressions of the variety outside Santorini, with vineyards at high altitude and very low yields. The winery’s official page states cold maceration at 5°C, fermentation at 15°C in stainless steel tanks, and 6 months of batonnage.
In the glass, it shows a bright white-yellow color, while on the nose aromas of citrus, fruit, and mineral elements stand out, giving freshness and precision to its aromatic profile.
