Kavalieros Sigalas Estate

Kavalieros by Domaine Sigalas is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, expressing the character of a single-vineyard site in Santorini with intensity and precision. It comes from Imerovigli, from vines over 60 years old, and stands out for its more concentrated and serious profile. On the nose, it shows aromas of citrus and stone fruits, together with subtle notes of yeast and freshly baked bread. On the palate, it is rich and full-bodied, with a creamy texture, very good balance, and a long, persistent finish. Its 18 months of ageing on fine lees in tank add depth and complexity without taking away the characteristic freshness of Assyrtiko.
