Filothiros Rose Kainas Winery

Philotheros Rosé by Kainas Winery is a dry rosé made from 100% Grenache Rouge, from PGI Atalanti Valley. It has a bright pale pink colour with delicate salmon highlights and expressive aromas of strawberry, wild fig, lime, pomegranate and peach.
Fresh and full on the palate, it combines lively acidity with a crisp structure and a refreshing finish. A versatile rosé with vibrant fruit and enough character to move effortlessly from aperitivo to the table.
Enjoy it with fresh salads, seafood, fish carpaccio, sushi, light dishes and sweet-and-sour sauces. Best served at 8–10°C.
