Evangelo Gerovasileiou Estate

Evangelo by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry red wine made from Syrah and Viognier, inspired by the classic blend of the Northern Rhône. It has a refined yet rich character, with aromas of dark fruit, violet, spices, cacao and subtle oak. On the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and smooth, with ripe tannins, lovely intensity and a long finish. It pairs excellently with red meats, lamb, game, slow-cooked dishes with rich sauces, spicy recipes and mature cheeses.
