Clos Stegasta Rare White T-Oinos

Clos Stegasta Rare White is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with a deep, refined, and truly rare character. It comes from a special parcel within the Clos Stegasta vineyard in Tinos and is produced only in top vintages and in limited bottles, giving it strong personality and collectible appeal. Spontaneous fermentation in a mix of oak casks and amphorae, together with several months of lees ageing, gives the wine greater depth and complexity. On the nose, aromas of lime, green apple, spice, and a very subtle touch of oak stand out. On the palate, it is full, pure, and tense, with a fine tannic skeleton, precision, and a long finish. It is a wine of power, elegance, and great ageing potential.
