Avaton Gerovasileiou Estate

Avaton by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry red wine made from Limnio, Mavroudi and Mavrotragano, three indigenous Greek varieties with strong personality. It has a deep red color and a complex character, with aromas of ripe dark fruit, blackberry, raisin, coffee, cacao and spices. On the palate it is rich, balanced and full-bodied, with soft tannins, intense fruit and a long spicy finish. It pairs excellently with red meats, game, lamb, slow-cooked dishes with rich sauces and mature cheeses.
