It is produced from 80% Assyrtiko and 20% Malagouzia, belongs to the winery’s natural wine range, and carries the designation PGI Avdira.
In the glass, it shows an amber color, while on the nose complex aromas of nuts, such as walnut and toasted almond, stand out, together with dried fruits, citrus marmalade, acacia honey, tea, and spices. On the palate, it is rich, generous, and complex, with gentle tannins, balanced acidity, and a complex, full finish.
Natural Orange Wine Bio Anatolikos Vineyards is an ideal choice for those seeking an expressive Greek organic orange wine with depth and natural character. It pairs beautifully with seafood, raw shellfish, sushi, smoked fish, bottarga, oily fish, lamb, game, wild mushrooms, truffle, cheeses, and cured meats. It is best served at 12-14°C, preferably after decanting in a carafe, and its alcoholic strength is approximately 14.5% vol.
