Akulumbo by Oeno P is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, with an intense, generous, and highly distinctive character. It comes from an overripe harvest, around one month after the regular picking date, and ages on its lees in amphora for 24 months, gaining great concentration, volume, and complexity. On the nose, aromas of ripe lemon, citrus, peach compote, and grapefruit stand out, together with notes of flint, smoke, and dough that give it depth and unique intensity. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with razor-sharp acidity, high alcohol, and a very long finish, while minerality and saline character remain pronounced. It is a wine with a powerful and gastronomic profile, pairing beautifully with oily fish, richer seafood sauces, and aged cheeses.
