Tria Ampelia Magnum Oeno P

Tria Ampelia Magnum by Oeno P is a dry white wine made from 100% Assyrtiko, expressing the authentic character of Santorini with intensity, precision, and great purity. It comes from three selected vineyards on the island, with vines over 60 years old, giving the wine concentration, depth, and strong personality. On the nose, aromas of lemon, citron, ripe peach, grapefruit, honeysuckle, smoke, and flint stand out, creating a layered and highly expressive profile. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with razor-sharp acidity, oily texture, and a very long finish, where minerality and saline character remain pronounced. Vinification and ageing on the lees for around 16 months in amphorae add even more depth and a pronounced gastronomic profile.
