Aióra Xinomavro Amphora by Moschopolis Winery is a minimal-intervention red wine made from 100% Xinomavro, highlighting the earthy, vibrant, and multidimensional side of the variety through about 12 months of ageing in amphora, spontaneous fermentation, and minimal sulfites. On the nose, it shows intense aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, black tea, olive, tomato, clay, and fresh earth, framed by subtle herbal notes. On the palate, it is juicy and structured, with balanced acidity, fine yet lively tannins, and a finish that combines fruit, earth, and botanical character.
