52 Peaks by Navitas Winery is a dry Chardonnay with an elevated, food-friendly style that balances ripe fruit with serious cellar detail. Aromatically it leans into peach, nectarine, vanilla, and hazelnut, while the palate feels round, creamy, and layered, lifted by vibrant acidity that keeps the wine focused and long. Its winemaking is where the texture really clicks: fermentation starts in stainless steel, then the wine is split between French oak barrels, tulip-shaped concrete vats, and stainless steel tanks, followed by 6 months on fine lees before the final blend comes together.
