Works & Days Muses Estate

Works & Days by Muses Estate is one of the estate’s most distinctive sweet labels and it has a whole story to tell on its own. Made from sundried Savatiano, with the grapes remaining in the sun before winemaking and the wine aging for two years in oak barrels, it shows ripe pear, sweet quince, and smoky, oaky touches that give it depth and character. Its name comes from Hesiod’s work Works and Days, and that gives it even more beautiful weight: it is not simply a sweet wine, it is a small narrative piece of the Valley of the Muses inside a bottle.
