Clio White by Muses Estate is the white wine that opens easily, drinks even more easily, and instantly gives the table a summer mood. The blend of Assyrtiko, Roditis, and Savatiano, from the Valley of the Muses on the slopes of Helicon, delivers a wine that is fresh, lively, and aromatic, with lemon, green apple, crisp acidity, and a juicy finish. It does not go through oak, so it keeps all of its tension and purity, making every sip cool and enjoyable. It is one of those whites that pairs perfectly with seafood, fish, white sauces, and mild goat cheeses, but it is also very easy to enjoy on its own, on the balcony or with good company. Behind the label there is also a lovely story: the wine is inspired by Clio, one of the Muses of the area, while the winery carries a family journey that began in 1946 and today continues with the third generation, combining tradition and a modern perspective.
