Vorias & Helios Roditis by Markogianni Winery is an organic, low-intervention orange wine made exclusively from Roditis. The grapes come from 35-year-old, own-rooted vineyards in Skillountia and Greka, Olympia, planted on sandy-clay soils.
The wine ferments spontaneously with indigenous yeasts and no added oenological materials. It spends 12 days on the skins, continues fermenting in stainless steel and remains on its fine lees for four months before being bottled unfiltered.
Amber in colour, it offers floral aromas alongside nuts, wild herbs, beer yeast and toasted bread. The palate is full and gently tannic, with grapefruit notes, vibrant energy and a long, intensely aromatic finish.
