Viogner Magnum Gerovasileiou Estate

Gerovassiliou Viognier Magnum by Gerovassiliou Estate is a PGI Epanomi dry white wine in a 1.5-liter bottle, with a rich, aromatic and elegantly oaked character. Fermentation in French oak barrels and ageing on the lees give it volume, creamy texture and greater complexity. On the nose, aromas of apricot, peach, ripe fruit and subtle smoky notes stand out, while on the palate it is full-bodied, balanced and long. The magnum bottle makes it ideal for more special dining occasions, alongside rich fish dishes, shrimp with white sauces, lobster, crab, Asian cuisine and mature cheeses.
