Scalarea White by Boutari Wines is a PGI Heraklion dry white wine made from Vidiano and Athiri, with a fresh, aromatic and velvety character. It comes from the Cretan land and offers lovely aromas of white-fleshed fruit, such as pear, melon and grapefruit, along with subtle floral notes. On the palate it is rich, smooth and balanced, with refreshing acidity and a characteristic buttery finish. It pairs beautifully with fish, seafood, white meats, salads, fresh cheeses, stuffed vegetables and light dishes of Cretan cuisine.
