Sauvignon Blanc by Avantis Estate is a white wine with intensity, clarity and that fresh, green energy that makes the variety so enjoyable. It comes from Evia, from the areas of Mytikas and Afrati, where Avantis Estate works with Sauvignon Blanc in a fresh and expressive style.
Cold maceration helps bring out the aromas of the variety, without unnecessary weight. In the glass, it has a pale lemon-green colour and brings grapefruit, lime, passion fruit, melon, pear, peach, mint, lemongrass and freshly cut grass.
On the palate, it is refreshing, lively and aromatic, with sharp acidity, fruity character and a long finish. It is a Sauvignon Blanc with energy and intensity, while remaining very enjoyable and versatile at the table.
It pairs very well with sushi, sashimi, seafood, fish with herbs, green salads, goat cheese, chicken, grilled vegetables and dishes with lemony or herbal intensity.
