Rhombus Robola Gentilini Winery & Vineyards

Rhombus Robola Gentilini Winery & Vineyards is a PDO Robola of Kefalonia dry white wine, made exclusively from Robola. The grapes come from vineyards on the slopes and in the high-altitude valley of Mount Ainos, within the PDO appellation zone, giving a fruitier and rounder expression of the variety. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruit and white peach stand out, with hints of herbs and minerality. On the palate it is refreshing, balanced and elegant, with lemony intensity, a smooth texture and a slightly spicy finish. It pairs ideally with seafood, shellfish, taramosalata, white cheeses and dishes with lemon-based sauces.
