Mantinia ex. Portes Moschofilero by Skouras Estate is an elegant dry white wine made from 100% Moschofilero, originating from the Mantinia zone. It comes from vineyards at an altitude of around 750 meters, giving the wine freshness, purity and an intense aromatic character. In the glass, it has a pale lemon-yellow color, while on the nose, aromas of lemon, white flowers, honeysuckle, citrus and lime stand out. On the palate it is dry, fresh and lively, with crisp acidity, elegant balance and a long aromatic finish. It pairs beautifully with seafood, fish, salads, white cheeses, sushi, light pasta dishes and recipes with a lemony or aromatic character.
