Lydia by Koukos Winery is a good reason to get to know Sideritis, a lesser-known grape variety from Achaia. A dry white with aromas of citrus, lime and herbs, it offers the freshness you look for in a white wine, alongside a subtle mineral note.

Its full palate and lively acidity give it presence at the table, while the aromatic finish keeps things interesting to the last sip. Try it with steamed mussels, grilled sardines or pasta with lemon and herbs. At 8–10°C, Lydia shows its fresh, expressive character.
