Les Larmes de l’Ange by Aivali Estate is a Viognier with a classy mood and a truly charming presence in the glass. Aromatically it moves through lemony and floral notes, with peach, pear, apricot, white flowers, and sweet bergamot, while its short stay in French oak adds vanilla, butter, and nuts in a beautifully balanced way.
