The White by Lalikos Vineyards is an expressive dry white wine from Lalikos Mountain Vineyards, originating from Kavala and classified as PGI Kavala. It is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc and vinified with cold maceration at 5°C and fermentation at 15°C in stainless steel tanks, so that its pure varietal and mineral character is preserved. The current commercial vintage shown in the main listings is 2025 in a 750 ml bottle.
In the glass, it shows a bright white-yellow color, while on the nose intense but not explosive aromas stand out, with emphasis on the mineral character and a herbal dimension that gives freshness and elegance.
