Katsaros Aged Tsipouro

Katsaros Aged Tsipouro is a Greek spirit with mountain character, deep aromatic expression and elegant maturity. Aging for three years in french oak barels in the area of Krania on Mount Olympus, the result combines the strength of the distillate with sweeter and more velvety notes. The nose brings dried fruits, caramel, nuts, spices and soft hints of vanilla. On the palate it is full, rounded and warm, with a long finish. It is worth serving neat with aged cheeses, chocolate, nuts and a cigar.
